Our Speed & Agility classes are perfect for young athletes who want to improve their speed, coordination, and agility.
Professionals will train your athlete to gain speed, quickness, agility, and coordination through drills like ladder drills, hurdle drills, change-of-direction drills, reaction drills, and more.
These classes will help your child learn the fundamentals of youth-specific exercises while emphasizing coordination and speed and developing an appreciation for sports and physical fitness.

Youth Strength

Our Youth Strength classes are perfect for young athletes who want to improve strength, balance, muscle, and sports performance while reducing the risks of sports-related injuries.
Professionals will train your athlete to develop strength, explosive power, and endurance using bodyweight, light-loaded exercises, medicine balls, and resistance bands. Trainers supervise each class and ensure proper form is used throughout to maximize results.
These classes will be sure to give your athlete a full-body workout and will focus on movements that can be used in most sports.

A former professional pitcher, who understands the challenges of pitching effectively in all types of games, will provide your child with nearly a decade of experience in teaching pitching techniques.
These sessions will teach your athlete the skills they need to be a better pitcher.

Select Strength & Conditioning Program

Our Select Strength & Conditioning Program offers an athlete professional-grade training and coaching to help them become the best they can be.
Our framework mirrors how professional athletes train to improve their physical attributes in the off-season, peak for their competitive season, and maintain their gains throughout the season.
Athletes in this program experience a comprehensive approach tailored to their needs and designed to increase strength and conditioning, speed, agility, power, and endurance.
This program was established in 2021 and has since helped produce seven athletes to commit/play at the college level.

Individual Programming - Your athlete is built a strategic plan to improve their strength, power, speed, athleticism, and recovery around their annual competition schedule. This includes anywhere from three to seven training sessions per week based on your athlete’s commitment level.
High-Level Training Environment - Your athlete trains with college-bound/committed athletes and is coached by a former professional athlete.
Velocity-based Training - Your athlete is trained more efficiently by using this data-driven, science-based approach to gaining strength, improving explosiveness, and reducing the chance of overtraining.
Nutrition Coaching - Your athlete receives nutrition counseling so they can optimize their diet and fuel their body like a high-level athlete does for performance, recovery, and physical growth.
Power & Strength Assessment - Your athlete is tested with various strength, ballistic, and plyometric exercises to determine their power, strength, and endurance levels.
Movement Screening Assessment - Your athlete is assessed by our preferred physical therapy provider to identify any movement deficiencies so we can determine exercises and modalities to help improve their movement.
Video Analysis - Your athlete is provided with video feedback by filming their exercises and breaking them down during their training sessions to help them engrain optimal movement.
Remote Programming - Your athlete is built workouts in the case that they must be out of town, tailored to the gym they have access to, so their progress will not be halted.

Baseball-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program

Our Baseball-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program offers specialized training for baseball athletes looking to get stronger, and faster, and increase their endurance for all positions on the field.
Our program was built by a former professional baseball player with more than a decade of experience in baseball-specific training.
Athletes in this program experience a comprehensive approach tailored to building the physical attributes that help them increase hitting power, throwing velocity, running speed, endurance, and agility. All while reducing the chances of injury on the field.
