Exploring training options for your athlete?
You’re in the Right Place
We help athletes get faster, stronger, and more confident through structured, coach-led training with measurable results.
If you're exploring options, you're probably wondering what actually makes a program worth it.
At Tucson Sports Performance, everything we do is built around:
Structured training (not random workouts)
Hands-on coaching (not just supervision)
Measurable progress (so you can actually see improvement)
Most parents we talk to are trying to figure out things like:
“Is this just workouts, or is there actual coaching?”
“Will this help my athlete in their sport?”
“Is it too intense or too advanced?”
“How does scheduling even work?”
Totally fair questions. We’ll walk you through all of it.
Here’s how it works:
Start with a performance evaluation
We learn where your athlete is currently at
We show you exactly how we’d help them improve
You decide if it feels like the right fit
No pressure. Just clarity.

— Bob H., father of a high school athlete
Most parents we talk to are wondering things like:
“Is there a long-term commitment?”
“Can we just train for the summer?”
“What happens if we miss a week?”
Totally fair questions.
We know every family’s schedule needs are different. Here’s how we handle it:
Most athletes train 2–4 times per week, depending on goals and schedule
We offer flexible scheduling with sessions available throughout the week at multiple times each day
If something comes up, we’ll help you adjust or make up sessions
You’re not locked into something rigid that doesn’t fit your life
We’ll walk you through the best setup during the evaluation based on your athlete and your schedule.
Most parents at this stage are wondering what the investment looks like.
Families typically invest around $30–$40 per session, depending on training frequency and schedule.
We’ll go over exact options during the evaluation once we understand your athlete’s goals.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“The biggest change I’ve seen is my son’s confidence — it’s skyrocketed. After trying other places, this is hands down the best for student-athletes. Worth every dime and highly recommend to any parent.”
— Brandi M., mother of a middle school athlete
Your athlete’s first step is a performance evaluation.
This is not a workout. It’s a guided assessment so we can understand exactly where they’re starting.
We look at:
• Speed
• Strength
• Jump ability
• Agility
• Movement quality
Then we walk you through exactly how we would help your athlete improve.
This is how we make sure everything is the right fit before you commit to anything.
