OUR training APPROACH

Programming is built around objective performance data, sport demands, and seasonal peaking. We utilize advanced performance technology to monitor speed, power output, strength progression, and key performance metrics so improvement is measurable and intentional.

Training frequency typically ranges from five to six days per week, adjusted to the athlete’s competitive schedule and phase of preparation. At this level, consistency and structured volume are non-negotiable components of development.

In addition to physical preparation, we provide structured nutrition guidance to support performance, recovery, and body composition appropriate for higher levels of sport. The goal is to develop complete athletes prepared for the demands of collegiate and professional competition.

Who This Program Is For

This program is ideal for high school upperclassmen preparing for collegiate competition, current collegiate athletes, and professional athletes in their off-season.

It is best suited for athletes who can commit to consistent training, handle structured programming, and are motivated to push their performance to a higher level.

If an athlete is not ready for that level of commitment, we will recommend a different training path.
